I came home one evening and found that several packages had been taken from the mail area. I reported it and asked whether security footage could be reviewed, but I never received a clear answer about what was visible or whether anything would change. Since then, I have avoided having deliveries left at the building.

My car was towed from the resident garage even though my parking permit was displayed. I paid the towing charge so I could get to work, then sent management the receipt and photos of the permit. I am still trying to understand why the tow was authorized and whether I can be reimbursed for the cost.
